Online Reputation Repair

Bad Reviews Shouldn't Be the First Thing People Find About You.

A fake review, an unfair complaint, or an old story ranking above your own website can cost you customers before they ever call. We review what's out there, request removal of anything that genuinely breaks a platform's rules, build content that pushes the rest down, and keep an eye on it afterward. Fixed price. Honest about what's possible.

✓ Fixed one-time pricing ✓ No fake reviews, ever ✓ We tell you up front what's realistic ✓ Works for any business, anywhere
We work with listings and reviews on: Google Business Profile Facebook Trustpilot Yelp Industry directories
The honest part first

What Can Actually Be Removed — and What Can't

Most reputation companies lead with big promises. We'd rather you know the rules before you spend a dollar.

✅ What we can work on

  • ✓ Reviews that break a platform's own policies: spam, fake or competitor reviews, content unrelated to your business, harassment, conflicts of interest
  • ✓ Outdated or inaccurate business listings
  • ✓ Pushing unwanted search results down with strong, accurate content about your business
  • ✓ Drafting calm, professional replies to legitimate criticism
  • ✓ Monitoring so new problems get caught early

🚫 What we don't do

  • ✘ Remove honest negative reviews. If a real customer had a bad experience and wrote about it fairly, platforms won't take it down and neither can we
  • ✘ Post fake reviews or pay for them. It gets accounts penalized and can backfire badly
  • ✘ Identify anonymous posters, trace IP addresses, or monitor the dark web. If you have a legal matter such as defamation, you need a lawyer, and we'll say so
  • ✘ Guarantee that a specific review will be removed or a specific ranking reached. Platforms make those decisions, not us
How it works

A Clear Process, Not a Black Box

  1. 1. Review what's out there

We go through your reviews, listings and search results and sort each negative item into one of two groups: breaks platform rules (can be reported) or legitimate (needs a response, not removal).

  2. 2. Tell you what's realistic

Before any removal work, you get a written summary of what looks eligible and what doesn't. If little is eligible, we say so plainly.

  3. 3. Submit removal requests

For eligible items, we write and submit policy-based reports through each platform's official process. Platforms decide on their own timeline, which can take days to weeks.

  4. 4. Build the other side

For results that can't be removed, we create accurate, well-optimized content about your business (profile updates, articles, local pages) so better results rank above them.

  5. 5. Monitor and report

We set up alerts for new reviews and mentions and send you a report on what was submitted, what was removed, and what's still open.

FAQ

Reputation repair questions

Can you remove any bad review? +
No. Platforms generally remove reviews only when they break their own rules, for example spam, fake reviews, conflicts of interest, or harassment. A genuine customer's honest criticism usually stays up. For those, we help you respond well and build stronger content around them.
Do you guarantee removal or rankings? +
No, and be cautious of anyone who does. You pay for the review, the requests we submit, the content we create, and the monitoring. The platforms decide what comes down.
Can you find out who wrote a review? +
No. We don't identify anonymous posters or trace IP addresses. If you believe a post is defamatory, speak to a lawyer, since unmasking someone typically involves legal processes. We can help you gather the public details a lawyer would ask for.
Will you post positive reviews for us? +
No. Fake reviews break platform rules and can get your listing penalized. We can help you set up an honest process for asking real customers for reviews.
How long does it take? +
Our review and plan come first, and we aim to submit requests within about 5 business days of agreeing on scope. After that it depends on the platform, which can take days to weeks. Suppression content builds over weeks to months.
I run a clinic. Is that different? +
Yes. Replies to patient reviews should never confirm that someone was a patient or discuss their care. We draft replies with that in mind, but check your local privacy rules too. Please don't send us patient details.
What happens after the package? +
Monitoring runs for the period in your package. After that you can keep watching alerts yourself, or move to a DWY or DFY plan for ongoing SEO and content.
